What is a Career Aptitude Test (CAT)?

A Career Aptitude Test (CAT) also known as a Career Profile Type Indicator (CAT) assessment, is a tool designed specifically to help you decide on the perfect career path. CAT is a short questionnaire, that assesses your personality characteristics, strengths, potential and lifestyle. We have included this assessment just for you, to help you choose your ideal career path.

Taking a CAT test

Many high school learners have an idea of a few careers they are interested in. The CAT homes in on your skills and strengths and advises you on the best possible career path to take, so you are on the right track with your study choice.

Most of our enrolments complete the CAT before they enroll with us. This ensures you pick the best field for you, lowering our dropout rate. Why? We believe this is largely due to the role that that CAT plays in the study decision-making process. Based on your CAT results, our experienced student advisors can also assist you in selecting the best programme or course for you
